Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield, the former Cleveland Browns No. 1 draft pick, has earned $2.85 million in performance-related contract incentives this season, according to Spotrac.

Baker Mayfield is the talk of the NFL this week after leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a 32-9 wild card playoff victory over the defending NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles on Monday in Tampa.
Mayfield has earned financial incentives related to both playing time, passing statistics, and playoff victories.
The 28-year-old quarterback earned $500,000 for playing 66% of the Bucs’ offensive snaps this season, as well as $250,000 each for playing 75% and 85% of offensive snaps, totaling $1 million – which was doubled to $2 million due to the Bucs earning a playoff berth, according to Spotrac.
As for passing statistic incentives, Mayfield earned $300,000 for finishing top-10 in the NFL this season in passing touchdowns with 28, which ranked seventh in the league.
He earned an additional $300,000 for finishing top-10 in the NFL with 4,044 passing yards this season, which ranked ninth-best.
And most recently, Mayfield earned $250,000 for leading the Bucs to victory over the Eagles on Monday, totaling $2.85 million in incentives earned this season.
In December, Mayfield also became the first road quarterback to notch a perfect passer rating at the Green Bay Packers’ home Lambeau Field when he tossed four touchdowns en route to a 34-20 win over the Packers on Dec. 17.
