The Arkansas Razorbacks’ 2025 recruiting class has taken a hit as three-star defensive tackle JaQuentin Madison has flipped his commitment to the Memphis Tigers. Madison, a standout from Alpharetta High School in Alpharetta, Georgia, had been committed to Arkansas since June 16, but announced on Monday that he would be taking his talents to Memphis.
The 6’3″, 280-pound defensive tackle had a stellar senior season, recording 54 tackles, 23 tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks. His recent visit to Memphis over the weekend appeared to have played a pivotal role in the decision to change his commitment. This move reduces the Razorbacks’ 2025 recruiting class to 23 total commitments, with the class now ranked 28th nationally on Rivals.
