Robert Plant has formed a new music publishing company named after Es Paranza, the record label he has used for his solo career since 1983.
On February 21, Plant incorporated a new business named Es Paranza Recordings in the UK. Along with Plant, the directors of the business include his daughter Carmen Jones as well as his sons Logan and Jesse Plant. Plant owns the company through another UK business, Trolcharm.
Plant used Es Paranza as a record label brand solely for his solo albums beginning with the release of The Principle Of Moments in 1983. It has since been used for most of Plant’s solo career, most recently for the 2021 Record Store Day release of his Live At Knebworth EP.
Plant’s incorporation of Es Paranza Recordings follows the formation of Bloodmoney, another music publishing business, in May 2023.
There has been a recent flurry of activity around Plant’s solo career in recent weeks. LedZepNews reported earlier this week that Plant’s website had been updated to add a cryptic teaser relating to his Saving Grace project.
Also this week, LedZepNews reported that Plant has now trademarked his feather logo that first appeared on the inner sleeve of Led Zeppelin’s fourth album.
