Wilson spent four seasons with the team before signing with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2019, spending two seasons with them. Most recently before his latest brief Cowboys stint, Wilson spent 2021 with the Jacksonville Jaguars, and 2022 with the Carolina Panthers. He comes to Dallas looking to be a veteran presence in the middle of their defense that will be anchored by another veteran addition, Eric Kendricks.
In addition to two veteran LBs, the group also features Damone Clark, intriguing second-year player DeMarvion Overshown, and newly drafted Marist Liafau, rounding out the bunch that will carry much of the load for the group.
Wilson has tallied 419 tackles, nine sacks, and one interception in his career, with his best year coming in 2021 with the Jaguars where he finished his one season there with 106 total tackles, three sacks, and the one interception of his career.
