The Cowboys enter another year coming off a disappointing end to their last season. Dak Prescott is entering another contract year that will determine if he remains the star of America’s team, or has to find a new home in 2025.

The Cowboys went 12-5 in 2023-24 to win the NFC East and enter the playoffs as the No. 2 seed in the conference. They’ll look to turn a new leaf in a contract year for Prescott, who is looking to become one of, if not the highest paid QBs in the league.
Things start with a matchup in Cleveland against the Browns — in what’s set to be a nationally televised game because it’s Tom Brady’s broadcasting debut for FOX.
The Cowboys’ Week 7 bye is sandwiched between two fellow NFC powerhouses in the Lions and 49ers, who faced each other in the NFC Championship a season ago.

But arguably the two biggest games of the season will come against their biggest rivals. Two division matchups against the Eagles could determine who wins the NFC East this year. Note: no one has repeated as division champion in the NFC East since the Eagles won four in a row from 2001-04.
