Round 23 Team News: Bulldogs to tackle Dragons
Following an exhilarating win over the Canberra Raiders at the Club’s spiritual home ground, the Bulldogs now head to Dragons territory to face the Red V for the second time of the 2024 season.
Head Coach Cameron Ciraldo is calling on an unchanged side to get the job done in Kogarah as the squad inches closer to a possible first finals appearance since 2016.
The Dragons, still celebrating a milestone win over Melbourne in Melbourne last match and with a home ground advantage, also have not played a finals series since 2018. With both teams currently sitting inside the top eight and only two points apart, it is sure to be a fiercely competitive match come Saturday night.
Adding to the motivation, Bulldogs enforcer Viliame Kikau will celebrate his 150th NRL match when he runs out for the clash. With the likes of Josh Addo-Carr and Stephen Crichton each returned to the side and having collected doubles at the weekend, the almost-full strength Bulldogs squad will be ready to do all that they can to chase their 12th win of the season and mark their teammates milestone match in style.
