He hasn’t seen the field this year and has only played one game since arriving in Tuscaloosa. In today’s college football landscape, players who don’t see immediate playing time can easily find a new program.

The recruiting engine is running in Tuscaloosa, so there will be plenty of talent to replace the loss of Hastings. Saban has proven he can coach defensive lines and get them to an elite level, so whatever player is around, he’ll make it work.
