Hello, Cleveland Browns fans! To some extent, I believe in the equation “tragedy plus time equals comedy.” Although some events will never be funny, others may become humorous over time or even as the event progresses.

I know there were laughs when I learned yesterday that offensive tackle Jedrick Wills, defensive tackle Mo Hurst and offensive tackle Dawand Jones were indeed the kickoffs for the 2023 season. Of course, we We knew Jones about a day ago, but yesterday it finally became “official.”

My laugh was the “crazy laugh while banging my head against the wall” kind, but it was a laugh, and sometimes that’s the only way the human mind can respond to a losing streak like injury season of the Browns.‌

When you’re not laughing, all you can do is think about what would have happened if the team had stayed healthy and admire Kevin Stefanski’s work in holding it all together.

What the Browns actually did was sign defensive end Sam Kamara to the roster while leaving Joe Flacco on the practice squad, continuing to confuse those who don’t know how the practice squad works.
